This project is also known by the name of "CRO" Opportunities Resource Center, was born from the need to offer the community an opportunity to develop their professionalism. Employees from the Choluteca Cause of Hope, have developed a considerable list of contacts from local businesses, chamber of commerce and also the employment exchanges with national and government institutions We have been engaged in this, since its inception in 2009 to date "CRO" has placed an average of 122 people, which has been to improve their incomes an savings.
Our most recent placements we have them in Gold Educate which is a company that was born in Choluteca, and we´ve managed to place 100% of the staff that she works.
